Schedule as one session or cover different areas in several programs: mortgages, titles/deeds/surveys, refinancing existing mortgages, moving issues (pitfalls), legal issues. Contact local banks, mortgage brokers, real estate agencies, title companies, county Bar Associations, home inspection agencies to find people to present various aspects of topic. Also check with local Cooperative Extension Office & local AARP to see if they offer programs on any aspect of home buying. |
