Title

Chef's Night Out

Description

We invite local chefs to come in on a Monday afternoon or evening (Mondays, which according to Bourdain is the chef's day/night off) to talk about their experiences in cooking school and in the professional kitchen. A tasting menu is also provided. We've had panels of chefs as well as individual chefs. We charge a materials fee of about $10.00 per patron to cover the food. Along with some lively discussions, we've had chefs prepare summer menus, barbecue, and are looking forward to a canape session this fall.
